我確認OPEN SSL是已經(jīng)安裝了的

[root@jdu4e00u53f7 ~]# openssl version
OpenSSL 1.1.0b 26 Sep 2016

有沒有人遇到這種情況？怎么解決的？

yum install -y openssl-devel
升級編譯升級openssl，并指定openssl的路徑再編譯PHP
