按照管理員的教程快速搬家后網(wǎng)站各方面運行良好，但是無法創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)庫用戶，一開始是用小工具強制修改了數(shù)據(jù)庫的密碼，現(xiàn)在各方面運行良好，就是無法創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)庫用戶，進入phpmyadmin創(chuàng)建用戶顯示：#1290 - The MySQL server is running with the --skip-grant-tables option so it cannot execute this statement
